🔴 Fees & Payments
All fees charged for our services are final and cannot be refunded. The applicable fee is automatically deducted at the moment the transaction is processed.

🔴 Crypto & Market Risks
Cryptocurrencies are subject to constant price changes. We are not responsible for any financial loss or profit resulting from market fluctuations, nor for transaction costs such as gas fees or network charges.

🔴 Seller Responsibilities (Accounts)
Sellers must guarantee that any account sold remains fully accessible and operational during the entire transaction process. If the account becomes restricted or locked, the seller is obligated to fix the issue unless a prior agreement states otherwise.

🔴 Wallet Information
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate wallet address. We are not liable for any loss of funds caused by incorrect or invalid wallet details submitted by the buyer.

🔴 Funds Release Conditions
Funds held by the middleman will only be transferred once both parties confirm that the transaction has been completed exactly as agreed.

🔴 Post-Transaction Security
While we take reasonable precautions to help secure accounts during transactions, we are not responsible for any issues that arise after completion, including recoveries, pullbacks, or unauthorized access.

🔴 Pullback Testing Policy
If a Discord pullback test is performed on an account or its original email and causes any problems, the responsibility lies with the buyer, unless a different arrangement was clearly agreed upon beforehand.

🔴 Conflict Handling
In case of disagreement, both parties should first try to resolve the matter privately. If no resolution is found, we reserve the right to step in and make a final decision at our discretion.

🔴 Proxy Transactions Disclaimer
When a proxy deal is agreed upon, I act as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction. However, all participants acknowledge that such deals carry additional risks, an responsibility remains shared unless otherwise specified.

We do not take responsibility for proxy deals. These transactions are carried out entirely at the users’ own risk.

The buyer must ensure that the received account or item matches the agreed conditions. Any verification, security checks, or assistance must be requested before confirming the transaction.
